George Boyd is the founder of the Mudrashram Institute of Spiritual Studies and Mudrashram Publishing, author of 18 books, and a spiritual cartographer. Through the Mudrashram lineage, he reveals how it’s possible to see, understand, and even traverse all spiritual paths active on the continuum of consciousness in a single lifetime.
George’s story is fascinating. In 1983, he was empowered by masters of an emerging lineage to bring forth what might be the most comprehensive spiritual teaching system ever developed. He shares that there are 73 distinct spiritual paths active in human consciousness right now. And with the right approach you can access all of them.
What drew me to George's work is my friend Ian. He’s a fellow entrepreneur whose path I deeply respect, so I decided to take the Mudrashram 10-week meditation course. I learned A TON.

All spiritual paths are complementary stages of evolution. George maps these paths across different octaves of consciousness. The 7 paths are in the subtle realm (ancient mythological traditions), multiple paths in the planetary realm (modern religions and mystery schools), 73 paths in the super cosmic realm, and 8 transcendental paths at the highest levels. Each serves a specific function in human development.
You can massively accelerate spiritual evolution with proper techniques. While normal life experience moves you forward one nodal point of development every 11-12 years, certain practices can move you through 3-5 nodal points in a single day. George uses the analogy of focusing sunlight through a magnifying glass. When you concentrate spiritual light properly, you can accomplish decades of evolution in hours.
Most spiritual seekers are working on the wrong path for their current level. George uses his developed inner sight to identify exactly where someone's soul is positioned then matches them with appropriate practices. He calls this your cutting edge of spirituality. If your soul is in the planetary realm and a guru initiates you into super cosmic consciousness, you create a dangerous split where you can't function in daily life. George teaches working with the divine light anchored in your current soul position. This prevents spiritual bypassing while ensuring steady integrated progress through all levels.
The psychic realm contains wild experiences that must be integrated properly. George describes seven subplanes in the psychic realm including the Pleiadian Vortex subplane where people encounter UFOs and the Astral Form subplane where mediums operate. Although these experiences can be interesting and culturally associated with spiritual prowess, George emphasizes that the next level of development at the wisdom plane is where you clean up the spiritual party and integrate these experiences meaningfully.
Past life abilities unlock automatically as you evolve. Each incarnation develops certain potentials that remain stored as bodies of light on the continuum. As your soul evolves to higher levels, you naturally gain access to abilities, wisdom, and virtues from previous lifetimes that weren't fully activated before.
There are people alive today who've completed the entire journey. Some students have reached what he calls "the infinite stage" such as transforming all darkness on the continuum into light. They're now doing high bodhisattva work and multiplane mastery while still living in human bodies.
We're living through what appears to be a mass spiritual awakening. More and more people seem to be accessing states and abilities that were once reserved for advanced practitioners. But as George points out, without proper guidance, people often create spiritual imbalances that can be deeply destabilizing. I’ve experienced this first hand, and it can be tremendously difficult.
His approach provides a complete roadmap that shows exactly where every spiritual tradition fits, what abilities emerge at each stage, and how to navigate the entire journey safely. Instead of choosing one path and hoping it's "the right one," we can systematically develop through all of them.
