Great article and insights Scott. Book writing is not an easy thing to do. My first book took me 3 years to write and over 50+ Drafts because my content kept shifting and evolving! There is always something underlying or unconscious trying to get through and become conscious when our bodies are low on energy. "Until we make the unconscious conscious we will continue to suffer without reason or cause and call it fate." To paraphrase the famous Carl Jung quote.
