I was recently in a text thread about how to find truth in our current times?
It feels like there has never been more people with microphones telling us how to live, what to believe, and what is happening in the world.
This diversity of information has created an immense amount of opportunity and freedom, but it’s also made discernment more important than ever.
This is true whether we’re trying to understand what’s happening in the world or the wisdom we choose to follow for our growth.
Today’s guest Nadine Kreisberger has a unique perspective on this topic. Nadine is a counselor and consultant to many well know leaders behind you’ve probably heard of.
In her own journey of self exploration she has spent the past 25 years studying wisdom traditions, psychology, and geopolitics to help herself and others discover what she calls “the inner gold.” The inner gold is our deepest essence and gifts that we come into this experience to discover and contribute.
As a part of this experience, Nadine co-founded The Seeds of Gold Institute, a non-profit organization researching and integrating ways to further our human potential and serves as the President of the TranceScience Research Institute, dedicated to the scientific research of altered states of consciousness.
In this conversation, we unpack how you can find your own truth and wisdom in a world with so many opinions and choices .
We dive into the ancient path of inner alchemy which empowers us to move through the world regardless of what life throws at us in order to find the golden seeds inside ourselves.
Interesting ideas from the conversation for me include:
The 3 options we have for handling crisis
The wide spanning tradition of inner alchemy
How we can think about finding truth
Red flags to be aware of in our pursuit of truth
Connecting with our inner wise one and the roundtable of inner characters
For me this conversation was a great reminder that the belief in absolute truth and black and white thinking, creates more complexity, constriction, and separation.
The truth is that life is unbelievably nuanced and everyone is operating from a completely different subjective experience. The notion that there is one absolute truth is an illusion. Many people are uncomfortable with this worldview, but I find it to be liberating . It also creates reverence for the people and world around me.
If you are trying to navigate what is true and find your current path, this conversation might just be what you needed
