He's talking about surface tension, and drawing some very odd pseudoscience conclusions, which is why he hasn't gotten his work published in reputable journals. As always, Reddit has some good breakdowns of where he goes off the rails: https://www.reddit.com/r/askscience/comments/1444fn/a_theory_by_dr_gerald_pollack_says_that_there_is/

Pollack changed the way I look at electromagnetics, and how our mitochondria may be able to buffer stress from the wireless radiation and chemicals from our environment!

Once I was able to tie in his research on how exclusion zone water absorbs light in the infrared spectrum of 3000nm, which is what our mitochondria run on, everything started to make sense. Our metabolism runs more on light than on food, and we need light to create oxygen. No oxygen = more chronic disease.

Thank you for the interview Scott.

When was the first time you heard of Pollack?
