You are a legend. Thank you for all that you post and for all of the work that you do. ☮️ ❤️ Your perspective is so refreshing because you recognize how this information could be perceived/responded to by those who are just getting introduced to it, yet you also let us see the other side and the possibilities associated with it. My journey is just beginning and I’m feeling both excited and scared by it… similar feelings I had when I interacted with CHATgpt or Google Maps for the first time. It’s almost as if my human consciousness is leaping forward in tandem with artificial intelligence. 🤔

Thanks man. I'm glad you find it helpful. It's a genuine joy to share my experience.

I too have had a similar insight around the similarities between CHATgpt and consciousness exspansion. I think there's a lot we can learn. It's almost as if it is arising right now in order to show humanity what the future holds and how we can begin to work with it. One important mechanism GPT shows us is that the power lies in our ability to pose a question - this causes the genius machinery to begin working. I've found consciousness and reality to work the same way. What you hold in mind and pose is what makes the wheels of reality start to turn. Will be writing more about this! One thing you can do is start writing down a question you want an answer too on a piece of paper before you go to bed every night. See what happens : )

I love your point about how the power lies in posing the question. My former self would oftentimes find itself (myself? Lol) feeling stuck or overwhelmed… I’d get frustrated and confused as a result… even hopeless… I started to learn that a powerful way to digest/express/expell/change the energy/emotions was by exploring them. I think a very important step to exploring them is to come at them with curiosity… in other words, to ask great questions… eg how did this arise? What is this teaching me? What can I learn from this? What would it feel or look like to be without this feeling? It takes a certain level of awareness/mindfulness to recognize the state, but really the way to shift out of it is through quality questions. I feel like asking quality questions… even if you don’t logically know the answer is almost enough because it’s like the universal intelligence within your consciousness will somehow find a way to help answer the questions. The most important thing ia to ask quality questions. Thanks for giving me the opportunity to explore this!

Hey Scott -- I see texting as clunky humans becoming used to the idea of being telepathic, though it will take Z and younger to go completely w/o the machine. All these devices are redundant and will translate to invisible grids and automatic thought, which will beg the question of bodily/mind autonomy, if all is accessible in the "field."

The good news is that there are plenty of people quietly changing this rigid, outdated paradigm, even if they aren't shouting it from the rooftops. I have many clients in various industries who don't use "woo" language but are exploring their own understanding of consciousness.

I was invited to many ceremonies by a true Columbian shaman 15 years ago but always had an aversion -- felt like it was "cheating" for me, while not discounting the healing that others have experienced. With the eventual legalization of mushrooms and the like...ya never know.

No worries -- if you could stay in non-dual bliss consciousness, you'd be long gone! :)

Thanks Raven! I tend to agree with you that we are on the precipice of lots of legacy software and hardware into how we interface with the world being outdated! You make a good point on language. I think more people are experiencing these things directly yet either don't have the language for it or don't care to share it...I think this will all change though as it continues to become normalized to which you're point on psychedelics will accelerate.

Thanks for reading and sharing your thoughts. Always enjoy them : )

Really appreciate the way you write on these topics. I wish we could invent all new words for things, because we use things like "Energy" and I think it scares a ton of people off as woo. I've often wondered whether these energetic feelings/movements (particularly more violent, kundalini like movements) are just our consciousness interacting more directly with our neurology. It certainly *feels* that was during deep meditative or bodywork states.

No question that language is an incredible limiter that binds us to constructs that often keep us closed. I like calling it life force too, but that is definitely woo.

I think the consciousness can instigate the movements almost like giving it instructions (unconsciously). For example, if people think they are experiencing some kind of spiritual growth through having movements, they unknowingly can create movements with the consciousness. I also think there is a natural bi-product of energy moving as a result of purification / transformation. Whether you are creating or witnessing, is really only something you can come to realize within your own experience by getting clear with yourself

Scott, Thank you for the insights into energy. I hope my path will bring me to a place where I am more in tune . I am not there yet , but maybe someday. D

Thanks Dave! Everyone's path is unique and on a perfect timeline : ) I'm not sure my energy stuff is a common expression or just my own.

Scott, I have never read any other description of how energy works in or in the body. I appreciate you sharing this. D
