What you’ve mapped here is the real path of integration — not fleeing to new jungles, not getting lost in every “sign,” but learning to sit in the fire until it clears. The Costa Rica story rings true: geography doesn’t heal what the ribcage still holds.
Your notes on fascia as the body’s hidden archive — yes, that’s the second pelt we carry, binding trauma until pressure and patience release it. And your arc with power is one every seeker has to walk: chase it, reject it, then reclaim it as birthright.
Keep blending the boardroom with the monastery. The pack needs proof it can be done. Lone Wolf salutes. 🐺
Hi Scott! I'm a big fan of your writing. Last year I read all of your older posts, really lifechanging. Thank you! Excited to read your book! (available on kindle?) For a while I've been finding myself less able to relate to goal-based/achievement/financial samsara while paradoxically at the same time developing quite *ahem* lofty goals :P would love to balance the two and bring these into greater alignment and understanding. Sorry to hear about Costa Rica... would you ever consider somewhere in Asia? I live in Thailand in the winter and love many things about it including the Buddhist culture and how remarkably healing it is to be immersed in nature :) My nervous system can no longer handle big cities so I've been spending a lot of time on islands/in forests (with close access to bigger cities) somatically repatterning what feels like lifetimes on lifetimes of habits :P :P and the journey is young! but it's been amazing
Hey Jenny, thanks for the kind words and your support. My book will be available on Kindle, so stay tuned.
I've never considered living in Asia mainly because my family and community are here in the States. I think a great first step would be visiting sometime. : ) Kind of hard right now in the season of life that I'm in, but when and if that happens, and I find myself in Thailand, I hope to remember to look you up!
Thanks Misa! I do know of them. I’m finding mutual connections to make intros are the best ways to get on shows of this magnitude in case you or anyone else knows them!
I am wondering if a conversation with Dr. Shamini Jain of Consciousness and Healing Initiative would be in alignment? If so, let me know! I worked with Shamini at the Samueli Institute before she founded CHI. They also have a ton of resources I’ve found very beneficial.
I’m curious to know more of your thoughts on experiences with AI. I’m in the field so this is of interest!
Very cool update. Some of the pieces about power / consciousness remind me of Tara Springett’s book The Stairway to Heaven - she talks about how power and enlightenment can coexist.
Started doing EEsystem after listening to your podcast and feel like it’s made a huge difference in my health!
Thank you for sharing all this Scott. Needless to say the place where spiritual insight meets professional and every day life is a topic of great importance to me and I can relate to so much that you write about. I wish you the very very best in your health journey. Bless you mate.
I'm sorry to hear about the health problems! Chronic pain, illness and injury can shape everything about your life and it's a heavy burden to carry. I hope you find a long term solution!
Thanks man. It sure is. It has been the ultimate crucible. I recently tested positive for a tick borne illness so that feels like a huge missing puzzle piece that I can now work on!
Kudos, Scott. The Wolf tips his hat.

Hi Scott,
regarding your book, I think Jay Shetty (https://open.spotify.com/show/5EqqB52m2bsr4k1Ii7sStc ) and Eric Zimmer (https://open.spotify.com/show/4byxEuJGV8xnxlgoqHQxxs ) are quite aligned and I can imagine them liking to talk about it with you on their podcasts. Chances are high, that you know them already but just to be sure. :)
I wish you all the best for your health! I hope you can life a pain-free life very soon.
Thanks Misa! I do know of them. I’m finding mutual connections to make intros are the best ways to get on shows of this magnitude in case you or anyone else knows them!
I don't know them personally but I reached out to them, because why not? :D Let's see what the universe thinks about this.
Wow that’s so kind and cool. Let’s see what happens : )
I just love reading all of these thoughts, Scott!

Thanks Elizabeth. I don't know her work, but will check out a bit more. I'll send you a DM

Nice dude, lots of gems in this one! Especially loved the reflections on power at the end. 🙌🏼🚀
Thanks man. The relationship with power is such a journey and nuanced thing. Excited to continue to explore it with you in our collaborations!

thanks so much Ian! We're in strong alignment in its importance. It's exciting to have fellowship on the journey of spreading the word
I feel like more and more people are becoming aware of the fascia in overall health.
I hope so! So under the radar right now in conventional medicine
