Scott/Xhoni,

good point. Any of those are subjective perceptions. Coming from endeavouring to reach integrated consciousness (three layers) all these require to be assembled.

Communication in the ideal event avails all of them. (Paul Watzlawik: "It is impossible not to communicate")

To near Reality you have to minimize faultiness in perception, integration and essence to be found for progress.

Besides a friendly relation to your past and all you did (Wrong/Right-integrate / DAO) consciousness-building is prime individual goal. Solid rest and quiet any day - moment you mindfully live in.

For a clear consciousness it takes all five senses. Next is the application of virtues, which leads to knowledge and wisdom. This will assist in accepting Uncertainty which will always prevail in one's life.

Bearing in mind that good progress will only be reached by team play. Integration from within to without (in this case - Others). Remember we come from the goal nearing "Reality".

Next is to define Reality clearly... Diciplined application of "Project Management"

Dears/Xhoni,

it is Five Senses Capacity one needs to evolve. "Clairs" or psychic senses, as you say/script...

*clairvoyance (seeing)

*clairaudience (hearing)

*clairsentience (feeling)

*clairscent (smelling)

*clairgustance (tasting)

Whereas *claircognizance (knowing) is not relevant and infinitesimal part of Reality,

a subjective perspective (max. 10% of Reality).

Identification is a process and limited by daily capacity of a being.

There are no accidental happenings but foresighted succession of universal events shaping your conscious being, gradually, including unconscious and subconscious.

Uncertainty will always be your fate and partner in your individual process.

ZaZen is a practice when you align with Nothingness of being and being the Universe at the same time. Meditation may pave your way...
