Where 'The Matrix' falls down for me is that Neo and his compatriots never seem to realize that the powers and abilities that they have within the Matrix are the exact same powers and abilities they need to develop in the 'real world' in order to defeat the machines and recreate the world into the Paradise that it is intended to be.
Victoria is one of very, very few coaches who truly has mastery of this.
