Thank you for this, recently I've seen unfortunate patterns in my life. I don't know how they got there but some seem as though I was born with them, as if I inherited them genetically. I'm sure when my ancestors live in a much more violent and dangerous world they were practical behaviors. It's shocking to think that if I can spot them in real time and consider them, that I can release them. I have some patterns that clearly hold me back and I can't wait to resolve them. Please write about this again in the future. Thanks again DJH

Dear Scott: Your opening quote from Dr. David Hawkins captures his seminal discovery: The Map of Consciousness. Hawkins is my teacher and I had the great fortune to meet him and hear him on many occasions in Sedona, AZ. He passed away in 2012, but notice, my emphasis on "is my teacher." He is timeless and is accessible in the here and now. Hawkins counseled his students: Intention (a tool of consciousness) sets the outcome. From probability to actuality. My book Bridging Science and Spirit: The Genius of William A Tiller's Physics and the Promise of Information Medicine unravels the science of intention. We are powerful. We are evolving by our intentions; we have to transcend the patterns to higher levels to Love and beyond. Thank you for your marvelous post. Nisha Manek
