I appreciated this podcast and Ron's story is amazing. I like how you throw light on this very important topic. While I am proscience and the progress we have made, I agree that the conventional western medicine model is limited and therefore has generally failed us. It does not address root causes and is co-opted by pharmaceuticals and the quick fix paradigm. I am open to a newer way of healing via awwareness/higher consciousness using what I have learned, experienced and witnessed firsthand.

I hope we can simplify it. My personal experience of healing involved self- learning the innate (and acquired) language of my body. Once we master some of the core, the rest falls into place naturally. I agree when you mentioned that we are conditioned to forget the wisdom of our body. So its really just a lot of unlearning and relearning the nature of our bodies.

Whether or not we all need "muscle testing" or any high technology outside of our awareness and attunement skills is questionable. Different modalities work for different people and whatever helps us is valuable as you also mentioned.

We are obsessed with knowing, certainty and measurements. Overindulgence in all categories is our speciality. Is that not what got us into this mess to begin with? Some things cannot be measured and we just have to understand a different language and let the brain step down as leader.

Thanks again for focusing on this important topic which I agree is a such a critical part of our evolution.

This is indeed true, I appreciate that you brought up this subject.

My compulsive problem is obsessively matching googled symptoms with mine, although that drove me to overexercise and undereat, and engage in practices that were not suitable for my body because I kept looking for the answers outside, neglecting the signals from my body.
