Excellent advise. I particularly liked: "𝘛𝘳𝘶𝘦 𝘵𝘳𝘢𝘯𝘴𝘧𝘰𝘳𝘮𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯 𝘢𝘭𝘸𝘢𝘺𝘴 𝘣𝘦𝘨𝘪𝘯𝘴 𝘸𝘪𝘵𝘩 𝘯𝘰𝘵 𝘬𝘯𝘰𝘸𝘪𝘯𝘨. 𝘞𝘦'𝘳𝘦 𝘤𝘰𝘯𝘥𝘪𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯𝘦𝘥 𝘵𝘰 𝘢𝘭𝘸𝘢𝘺𝘴 𝘩𝘢𝘷𝘦 𝘢𝘯𝘴𝘸𝘦𝘳𝘴, 𝘣𝘶𝘵 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘳𝘦𝘢𝘭 𝘮𝘢𝘨𝘪𝘤 𝘩𝘢𝘱𝘱𝘦𝘯𝘴 𝘸𝘩𝘦𝘯 𝘸𝘦 𝘴𝘶𝘳𝘳𝘦𝘯𝘥𝘦𝘳 𝘵𝘰 𝘶𝘯𝘤𝘦𝘳𝘵𝘢𝘪𝘯𝘵𝘺." It's hard to accept this because it requires falling on the predestination side of the "Is there free will?" debate. The choice is simple if you can acknowledge the non-duality principle of the Universe and see all creation as one entity. I would strongly recommend reading Alan Watts' 1950s classic, "𝘛𝘩𝘦 𝘸𝘪𝘴𝘥𝘰𝘮 𝘰𝘧 𝘶𝘯𝘤𝘦𝘳𝘵𝘢𝘪𝘯𝘵𝘺."

Thanks Arjun. I loved this one too and I wasn’t aware of that Watts book. I’m a big fan so will check it out

Your body is a compass. I like it! I have been a proponent of backward walking for a number of years now, and one thing I've discovered from the practice is it's a great way to measure things.

Great interview! This part stood out to me: “𝘛𝘳𝘶𝘦 𝘵𝘳𝘢𝘯𝘴𝘧𝘰𝘳𝘮𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯 𝘢𝘭𝘸𝘢𝘺𝘴 𝘣𝘦𝘨𝘪𝘯𝘴 𝘸𝘪𝘵𝘩 𝘯𝘰𝘵 𝘬𝘯𝘰𝘸𝘪𝘯𝘨....𝘞𝘦 𝘭𝘪𝘷𝘦 𝘪𝘯 𝘢 𝘤𝘶𝘭𝘵𝘶𝘳𝘦 𝘰𝘧 𝘯𝘦𝘦𝘥𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘵𝘰 𝘬𝘯𝘰𝘸." It reminds me of a book I recently read called 'Unwinding Want' where the author says: “𝘋𝘦𝘦𝘱 𝘥𝘰𝘸𝘯 𝘸𝘦 𝘢𝘭𝘴𝘰 𝘬𝘯𝘰𝘸 𝘸𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘸𝘦 𝘸𝘢𝘯𝘵. 𝘉𝘶𝘵 𝘰𝘶𝘳 𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘯𝘬𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘮𝘪𝘯𝘥𝘴 𝘩𝘢𝘷𝘦 𝘣𝘭𝘰𝘤𝘬𝘦𝘥 𝘵𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘯𝘢𝘵𝘶𝘳𝘢𝘭 𝘧𝘭𝘰𝘸 𝘰𝘧 𝘪𝘯𝘵𝘦𝘭𝘭𝘪𝘨𝘦𝘯𝘤𝘦. 𝘉𝘦𝘤𝘢𝘶𝘴𝘦 𝘸𝘦’𝘳𝘦 𝘢𝘭𝘭 𝘸𝘰𝘶𝘯𝘥 𝘶𝘱. 𝘞𝘦 𝘬𝘯𝘰𝘸 𝘵𝘰𝘰 𝘮𝘶𝘤𝘩.” So many other parts of the interview rang true and reminded me of the book—talk about synchronicity!
