Scott- You are all in and going through rapid evolution You reached out to me in 2023 and I now see that was a part of my journey. Chanting is what I have been doing- intermittently- for 50 years and I can immediately feel energy when I do mantra. Doing something that changes being. Sinatra sang this: “do be do be do” Always thought a last “be” should be added. You have had a clear journey last year, which is the perfect prep for a ‘happy new year’

Thanks David! This is a very synchronous comment…can’t say I’m surprised ; ) My wife just told me yesterday that one of the things she admires about me is how I am all in on consciousness! It feels good to be all in.

I know what you mean about the chanting igniting an immediate energetic flow. I feel similarly.

I appreciate these kind nod of support from someone who has been on the path longer than me. It is motivating and encouraging. I’m wishing you an expansive 2025, with increasing awareness and realization!

I also made the mistake of thinking everyone was up for evolution if they just had the information.

Not so -- there are many focuses which are very specific in their intent. From our perspective, it would seem they are on cruise-control, or even n'er-do-well. But they are all purposeful.

Everyone is Shifting, but not everyone is becoming more self-aware. Nothing wrong with that. But important that "we" know the difference. It relieves us of any expectations we may have, and the resulting disappointment.

Also it helps to know the different kinds of orientations - common, soft and intermediate. We are not all built the same, and different people just literally are built differently. Like engines in a car, some are gas, some are electric, and some are hydrogen. They all have the same function, but they get there differently.

i love this and appreciate the car metaphor: Everyone is Shifting, but not everyone is becoming more self-aware. A useful distinction.

Expectations of others seems to be a setup for a lot of frustration. I am trying to maintain standards for things and ppl in my life, but let go of expectations.

Wishing you an amazing 2025 Phillip!

You as well Scott!

I am expecting big things this year.

Hold on to your hats.

This seems to be a marker of sorts in terms of the Shift in Consciousness.

Scott, I love this format and encourage you to go even deeper into it. I’d rather go on a journey with you than anything else. Experiences and emotions over lessons.

Thanks Bruce! I really appreciate the support and feedback. Sharing more explicitly about my emotions is something I'm working on. I frankly didn't think ppl would be interested, relative to practical tips/insights. I appreciate the encouragement here!

Regarding healing and the time continuum regarding original events, it is an interesting question. However, one could also argue that there is no time, only the present moment, and time is merely an mind made construct built due on nothing more than memory (past) and imagination (future). This would mean the only reality is timeless and always in the present moment, like Eckhart Tolle speaks of.

I like to view the process of healing via the original triggering event like this: the memory of the actual triggering event—a very strong sensory memory of it—can trigger the intensity of the emotions you felt when it happened but never accepted, including those you may have suppressed. When the emotions you never accepted then come up again (via triggered memory), we are then able to process them and ultimately free them. Letting go of them prevents them from skewing our future perceptions. (But to let go of them we have to first see and feel the entirety of them.)

But then this begs the question of whether a memory is considered “reality” if it is only in your mind, or if a memory held in your present moment-consciousness makes it “reality.” I suppose the bigger question then is really, what exactly constitutes “reality”?😀

Appreciate this thoughtful response Amy! And def align with you on the general process of freeing yourself from these. The question on sitting in with the time thing, is that the eternal now is inclusive of past, present, and future. So is a memory really different from actually porting yourself to another part of the eternal now? And if so, is the healing doing more than simply purfiying old material in the present? No idea, but fun to think about

I recently was reminded in a osteo appointment how our memories are stored in our fascia. So emotions from stored trauma in cells can get triggered through movement even, and it really is quite a physical letting go when these things come up. So our body still experiences the "past" in the present in that way, as it really never left you if your body is still attached to it. I think this is what gives us often unexpected emotional reactions, as we are predisposed in that way, as our recognizes that similar feeling to our stored emotions and as an unconscious attempt to protect ourselves maybe, tries to deflect the emotional charge through egotistical ways. Therefore I see how transcending the controlling nature of the ego is closely tied to opening our heart, as we must first ensure our body feels safe to receive and express any emotion that passes through us.

Have you read the body keeps the score? Great book on this. Agreed that safety is a requisite for the heart to start to feel safe enough to open. It's wild how wired we are for avoiding harm

Oo thanks for the book recommendation will have to check it out. Yeah so interesting how we adapt from experiences.

I use the method you described about space and time in healing and yes you are correct it is essentially changing the energetic charge (emotions) of that “past” moment which then results in a shift in the “now” moment. When done thoroughly you can completely erase the old charge and therefore all effects on the current space/time you are experiencing. It is extremely powerful and I’ve seen beautiful experiences in the work, and stunning results from the work.

Wow that’s amazing Kellena. Cool to hear your perspective and that there seems to be something there. I don’t think I described it as pointedly as you did here. Regardless of the mechanics, it’s incredibly powerful stuff!

Amazing insights, thanks for the honesty. The part about the soul attractor was absolutely eye opener since I was wondering the same thing for years, but did not come to an explanation that suited me. Please make more on this. And I look forward for this format every 1-2 months.

The journey you describe, from loneliness to unconditional self-love, is very touching.

Loving yourself in solitude teaches you that worth is not given, it’s realized.

Here’s to a 2025 of aligned intentions and soul-expanding discoveries.

Thank you, Scott. This format seems less dense - hence easier to consume - than spiritually oriented writing tends to be. It's a good idea for anyone who might one day decide to share their experience in writing. And I find your insights personally useful. Wish you a dazzling year.
